Pat, since I am new on the computer, somehow I did not get to make a comment after viewing your son's web page
and signing the Guest Book. What a homage to pay to your dear son. Only those who have lost a child knows your
pain---I certainly do. I have wonderful scrapbook of various letters from many, of
Jeff's school/college/working friends, as well as friend of our family. I never knew how much he affected
the lives of others. I can see now that you are experiencing this about your son too. My son only wanted live
long enough for the medical research to come up with something other than a heart transplant.
He believed in miracles, hope, God, and the research of the medical field. He read everything he could get ahold of about the Heart. How can I et this message across...be a donor. I think God put you in our lives
for a reason. Call me anytime, and of course, my prayers will always include you/family now that I have met you.
It has been five years, Dec. 16, 1995 when Jeff left us to be with Our Father and his and his biological father,
Herb Brady.. Pain?? Just ask me! Love, Ginny

Hey guy, You know you are missed very much. You know how much your mom loves ya.
You know she knows how much I miss you. I've lost children of my own. After 26 years,
the pain is still there for me. It doesn't hurt as much but thankful to the Lord fo the 2 mos.
I did have with him. I know I would have enjoyed the time with the other one, which I always
said it was a boy. As I always say I have two angels in heaven. I know they are with you now.
I'm working on my third one and praying he will be t ere some day, whenever he leaves this old
world behind. I truely miss you Douglas as many many times I sit an cry and I can tell when your Mom
is crying because I can pick that up. And I would say Lord let her know I know she is crying and I
am crying w th her. I enjoyed the times of you and Johnathan growing up together and the bonds you made.
The times I did watch you sometimes there is such a bond. Between you and I down through the years I
can not explain it. I'm very thankful for all the memorie and all the times you would say "Hey".
Your mom and I have always been close, this have brought us closer. I remember over at grandma's house
when I was making some rice you and your mom came in. You said "Hey mom Eileen's making rice just like
Grandma did". There is just so many memories I thank the Lord for them all and for giving you to my sister
Pat as her son. The last memory of all, that I deal with even now, I will never forget the night you came
to my door two weeks before, you left us all be ind. Please forgive me Douglas for not knowing it was
you until it was to late. And if it is for your mom and me to know WHY???, you were to young to leave this world.
Please let us know if you can so we will have our total peace about this. Love you, iss you with all my heart
as if you were my own, even thougth you're not. Love Aunt Eileen.
